Please note that all orders shipped within Canada are subject to GST. There are no taxes for orders shipped outside of Canada.

We will gladly ship to any address worldwide. Please see below for shipping costs and approximate delivery times. For delivery outside Canada and the United States, please contact us for costs. For shipments outside of Canada, the purchaser will be responsible for any additional costs of clearing duty and customs, if applicable to your country.

Your order will be sent for delivery within 2-4 business days of receipt of payment. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the country to which your order is being shipped. If ordering more than 10 units, please contact us for shipping costs and possible pricing discounts.

Returns for unused and undamaged product, purchased directly from Aisling or at www.decoratorsjournal.com, will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt must be presented at time of return. The price of the product will be refunded. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer will be responsible for costs associated with shipping product back to Aisling.

For purchases of The Decorator's Journal from a retailer, please contact the retailer for its return policy; we cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.
